Interventional RadiologyInterventional Radiology is a subspecialty of radiology in which minimally invasive procedures are performed using image guidance. Dr. Rosen is internationally known as a leading authority on embolization and the management of uterine fibroids, AVMs, liver tumors and is one of only two physicians in this country who perform on vascular malformations. Neurointerventional RadiologyNeurointerventional radiologists add another dimension to our multidisciplinary approach to stroke treatment and prevention. Working with interventional cardiologists and neurologists, this team, specializes in neurological procedures and uses their expertise in imaging to administer clot-busting drugs in the brain and treat blockages in the carotid artery to prevent stroke.
